Bad parking for disabled and doctor always late running. Toilet never clean. Only 1 chair suitable for elderly back problem. Over reliance on royal free for referrals. Poor ancillary services - podiatry. Physio - inefficient.

Positive and helpful receptionists. Efficient referral system to RF. Good space waiting area and surgeries.

The surgery is excellent and I would recommend to anyone. This feedback form is not, however. The language is sloppy and this makes it difficult to answer fully. For example: The surgery is "totally" clean. Lazy and language impossible of the participant to answer! Please raise with iwantgreatcare.

Having been with this practice for 50 years I have no complaints rather than having to wait so long for your doctor or practitioner, but a minor detail.
